I am able to focus on what's more important than I have been able to do in the past. That is a good thing and I am glad I can see the difference. Seeing that difference makes my life and my results more eminent. Life is good and continues to get better.

I am able to stay present to the moment in my thinking better than I ever have before. I am learning a lot from Eckhart Tolle in regard to the Power of Now - staying present in my mind about what is going on right now rather than regretting anything in the past or worrying about anything in my future.
I have always loved what my dad had to say about it. Whenever I would rattle on about something I did wrong, made a mistake in or didn't accomplish what I wanted, he would say, "If, dog, rabbit!" and just smile.
At first I didn't know what to think about what he said and that was the point he was trying to make, that something in the past doesn't mean anything because it isn't important except for the lessons of truth in it. "If, dog, rabbit" was his way of saying forget it and move on.
That was a good lesson that he tried to teach me and I think I do better at his lesson today than I did in years past. So, I think that is a good thing.

I find that what is going on in my conscious mind is what happens in my end results. That makes a lot of sense because it is the Law of Cause and Effect all over again.
Then there is that wonderful subconscious mind of mine. Now that can be another story. It keeps taking off on its own and has a mind of it own and sometimes I really don't know its reality. When that happens, who knows where I'm going to end up.
I am learning that when I really pay attention to life and what is REALLY going on around me, I have better clues. Then I am happier and healthier and that affects every other aspect of my life.
So, I've decided to get with the program and pay more
attention. . . . . . .

I have managed things better and I find that I am getting a lot more done with a lot less expended energy. It's a pretty good place to be and I intend to stay there and watch it all get even better.
