I am beginning to understand more about how NOT to suffer. I
find that what we're not attached to can better eliminate
suffering. If I am attached to something, then there can be a
lot of suffering.

I have been looking at all my attachments in my life as best I
can. There are some that I am not willing to give up yet and
there are some that I realize I had better give up for my own
peace of mind.

I do believe that healthy detachments meets for more peace of
mind.
