I am finding that a key to my being happier on a regular daily basis is to be in gratitude for all the good things that are happening in my life. Gratitude truly is a good thing and creates the positive energy that helps create more abundance.

I am assuming a lot less these days than I have most of my
life. Maybe itīs a matter of growing up, becoming wiser as we
all do being the humans we are. It is true, the truth is not
always in the appearance of things as James Allen said in his
book "As A Man Thinketh."

All of this is fine by me because the whole concept is guiding me to make better choices in my life. So, all is well.

Thursday, May 3 - 11:49 PM

I sometimes find that trying to figure out what my life's lessons truly are can be very difficult. Sometimes I know and other times, I haven't a clue. What I do know is that if I have the desire to keep trying, they will all come to me when they are suppose to. What I have to do is hold the trust and the faith that that is so.

Friday, May 4 - 11:12 PM

I am having fun finding more ways to reduce stress in this crazy stress-full world we live in. The techniques I am finding to use are working very well. I intend to keep using them so I can better learn how to live in a stress-free environment. I know I have the ability to create a more stress-free environment for me and that is what I intend to do for me and those I care about.

Saturday, May 5 - 10:34 PM

I am finding that there are two sides to every coin. There is the positive and there is the negative. Whichever I choose to focus on will give me more of the same whatever it is. It is up to me to keep on the positive side of that coin.

John Roger said this week in his daily ezine, Loving Each Day, the following:

If a negative thought does come into your mind, immediately change the imagery from negative to positive, and let the thought go. Don't dwell on anything negative.

- John-Roger
(From: The Power Within You, p. 57)

I plan to keep remembering this one.
